Note: Conference Dinner on Thursday, October 4th, is not included in the registration fees and can be booked as a supplementary option. The Conference Dinner costs US$ 45,0, which covers traditional dishes from the Northeastern Argentinean cuisine (with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options), drinks (including a fine selection of Argentinean wines), and a show with traditional music and dances. Please note that the number of places for this event is limited to 140 guests.

The attendant may complete the registration form at our web site until September 14th. After this date, registration will be only received at the Conference desk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received until 20 days before the beginning of the Conference will be refunded previous 30% discount of the total amount. The transfer expense shall also be discounted from the registration fee. After September 10th, neither the registration fee nor fees for other congress events will be refunded. An unsuccessful visa application is no reason for a refund. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Please note that to submit an abstract you MUST be registered or pre-registered to the meeting first.
All presenting authors (oral or poster presentations) are required to register by September 14th, those not registered by then will not be included in the program.
